Nutrition is more than a passion for me — it is a discipline I have studied, practiced, and continuously refined over the years through both formal education and real-life application.
My journey began with a deep understanding of how profoundly nutrition influences not only physical health, but also energy, metabolism, and overall quality of life. Since then, I have dedicated myself to developing a structured, science-based, and practical approach to wellness that goes far beyond general recommendations.
I am a certified Holistic Nutritionist (AFPA) and have completed advanced education in nutrition science, including BioLayne Level 1 Certification under Dr. Layne Norton, as well as executive education through Harvard Medical School focused on designing sustainable nutrition strategies. I have also completed specialized training in lipid metabolism and cardiovascular health through programs led by Dr. Eric Westman.
I am currently continuing my education at the School of Applied Functional Medicine, further deepening my clinical understanding of physiology, lab analysis, and root-cause approaches to health.
My work is rooted in a functional and individualized approach. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I integrate nutritional science, lab data, body composition analysis, and lifestyle factors to create strategies that are both effective and realistic.
I focus on helping clients improve energy, metabolic health, body composition, and long-term sustainability — not through extremes, but through structured, intelligent adjustments that fit into real life.
My goal is to give you clarity. Not confusion.
A clear understanding of your body, your patterns, and exactly what needs to change.
Together, we build a system that works — not just for now, but long-term.
Are you ready to take a structured and informed approach to your health?
